The First Sessions<\/div>
The first three sessions are designed to create a safe and open space where the psychologist and the person seeking support can get to know each other.\n\nThe initial sessions offer the opportunity to explore the reasons for seeking support, share relevant personal history, and work collaboratively to define a meaningful therapeutic goal.

\nThe number and frequency of ongoing sessions are not fixed but are thoughtfully discussed during the first session. This ensures that the support provided is flexible and tailored to the individual\u2019s unique needs, preferences, and circumstances. The aim is always to create a supportive framework that feels respectful, empowering, and helpful at every step.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Cost and Duration<\/div>
The first introductory session is offered free of charge, providing the necessary space for both the psychologist and the person seeking support to connect, explore initial concerns, and assess individual needs without pressure or obligation.

\nEach session thereafter has a duration of 45 minutes.
